Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During festive seasons, promotional campaigns, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Delhi NCR: 1–3 business days
  • Other Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 3–7 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products, minimum order values, or promotional campaigns. Such offers will be clearly communicated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment through our courier partner's tracking portal.

Delivery Information

To ensure successful delivery, please provide:

  • A complete and accurate shipping address.
  • A valid mobile number and email address.
  • Any necessary delivery instructions at the time of placing your order.

Khowal's Kitchen shall not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient's unavailability or incorrect address, the shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply before the order can be dispatched again.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to:
